'Marijuana' was the one I didn't feel, I was in my room, with the lights turned off, no TV on, no-one at home and, I don't know if I didn't focus well, but didn't work out, there was one point where I started feeling dizzy, only lasting 1 minute and after that, everything was, like, the same as before. Wish You Were Here (album) - Pink Floyd). The later two for relaxation purposes, which actually went good, but I can feel the same by listening some calm Progressive Rock music (for long time periods e.g. That was actually like a week ago and I feel better now.īefore that, I had listened to 'Marijuana', 'Alpha' and 'Theta'. Thanks you guys, I'm getting forward to your tips anytime in the future, but not now. You can actually get into the music you are listening to it, and it's okay if your mind wanders, but don't actually focus ALL your attention on any thoughts like, the next time their band is going to be on tour or how much their encore sucked etc etc. So really, no listening is required, just don't focus on anything and let it play. I've even used audacity to make the volumes as low as -86dB, and listen to music while it plays in the background.

I found out that you really don't have to hear the binaural beats for your brain to sync to them. and then put on some music playlist and just listen to the music while you relax and focus on nothing. I highly recommend putting the volume of the dose as close to 0 as possible.

Whenever you try Orgasm or any dose again. You'll never get the intended effect unless you go from 0% - 100%. Part of the reason so many people say it doesn't work (especially on youtube experiences) is that almost all of them NEVER listen to the whole dose. You won't get the intended effect unless you're letting the binaurals work from BEGINNING TO END. so your heart rate will increase and all that, and you're still in a pretty alert state and anxiety will easily kick in. So if you missed the first several beats from concentrating or thinking too much, and suddenly you started just letting the binaurals do it's job, you already missed that part that was supposed to relax you. One thing you definitely want to keep in mind.
